🌟 Our Journey – From a Young Engineer’s Eyes
In 1993, a young mechanical engineering graduate, fresh from the Pakistan Locomotive Factory Risalpur, stepped into the world of insurance surveying — a field unfamiliar not only to him, but to most people around him. That graduate was invited by Engr. M. Saeed Khan, the founder and Chief Executive of MSK, to accompany him for a few months of learning and exposure.

Day after day, site after site, from sugar mills to steel plants, from fire losses to power stations, the young engineer observed a profession that blended technical insight with investigative skill, industrial knowledge with financial responsibility, and independence with balanced judgment.

He once said to his mentor,

“Sir, I don’t think I can do this job well. I feel one must know everything about every type of engineering and machinery to be a good surveyor.”
The reply from Engr. Saeed Khan became the foundation of MSK’s philosophy:

“You don’t need to know everything — you must learn how to know.”
